The apartment is on the second floor up a broad easy stairway. It is spacious, with three double bedrooms, bath/shower/toilet room, sitting room and kitchen.
The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large walk-in cupboard for storage. The sound proofing between this and other apartments is excellent. The views from Arbroath across the sea are humbling in their beauty.
